Tuition Fee/Charges: Deposit Rules

At SHREE JI, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent process for fee payments. Please take note of the following deposit rules for the smooth financial operation of the school:

1. Fee Due Dates

- The fee for students at SHREE JI becomes due on the 1st of every quarter, specifically on 1st April, 1st July, 1st October, and 1st January each year

- Payment is required to be made by the 10th of these months.

2. Late Fee Policy:

- If the fee for a quarter is not paid by the 10th of the first month of the respective quarter, a late fee will be applicable, calculated at the rate of Rs. 25/- per day.

- If the fee is not deposited by the end of the second month of the respective quarter, the child's name is subject to removal from the school rolls. Re-admission, if necessary, will incur a readmission fee of Rs. 500/- in addition to the late fee.

3. Fee Bill Documentation:

- Parents are advised to keep the "Parent's Copy" of the fee bill and produce it whenever required by the school.

- In case of any doubt regarding the payment of dues, parents are encouraged to make full payment first and clarify with the school later. Adjustments will be made in the next bill.

4. Office Consultation Hours:

- Parents with queries can approach the School Office between 08:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on any working day, except 2nd and 4th Saturdays.

5. Examination Eligibility:

- A student will not be allowed to sit for any examinations unless all school dues are paid up to date.

6. Payment Methods:

- Cheques/Demand Drafts should be drawn in favor of "The Shree Ji School."

- Fee payments can also be made through the online fee portal. In case of any errors during payment, please intimate the accounts department for assistance.
