For a smooth admission process, parents are kindly requested to follow these guidelines:

• Complete the Admission Form, Use of School Bus Form/Personal Pickup Form (if applicable), and Medical Form.
• Submit the filled forms to the School Office, along with the initial fee payment, before the commencement of the new session during office hours (9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on all working days).


• Nursery to Class 1: The child's date of birth must be supported by a certified photostated copy of the birth certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation/Local Bodies, as stated in the Admission Application Form. Affidavits or other evidence will not be accepted.


• Class II Onwards: Original Transfer Certificates are required for students joining Shree Ji in Class II and above. Admission will remain provisional until the Transfer Certificate is submitted. For Classes V and above, the certificate should be countersigned by the District Education Officer.
