School-Owned Buses:

Our school is equipped with a fleet of buses dedicated to ensuring safe and convenient transportation for our students. Parents are kindly requested to inquire about the pick-up points from the transport office and familiarize themselves with the schedule.

Parental Responsibilities:

1. Parents must ensure that their children reach the pick-up points well in time, as the transport will not be delayed for late arrivals.

2. In case of any issues or queries related to buses, parents can contact the Transport Incharge for assistance.

3. Parents are responsible for picking up their children at the specified time from the designated bus stop. Failure to do so will result in the child being taken back to the School Office, and parents must collect their child under their own arrangements.

4. Only parents or individuals properly authorized by parents are allowed to pick up a child from the school.

Bus Routes and Timing:

1. Existing bus routes will be maintained, and changes during the mid-session will not be entertained.

2. Buses may arrive at stops 5 minutes earlier or 10 minutes later than the given time.

3. The school takes no responsibility for any mishap during transit, although buses are arranged with utmost care.

Route Allocation and Behavior:

1. A child should travel only on the allotted route and not on any other.

2. Changes in bus routes for mornings or evenings will not be permitted, and requests for route shifts without parent applications will not be entertained.

3. Unruly behavior such as shouting and bullying in the bus is strictly prohibited.

Bus Facility Requests and Discontinuation:

1. Parents are required to opt for bus services at the beginning of the session. The school will not entertain requests for transport during the ongoing session.

2. Students wishing to discontinue the bus facility should inform the school office at least one month in advance in writing, with a copy to the Transport Incharge. No withdrawal from the bus will be allowed during quarter IV.

Transport Fees:

1. Transport fees are to be paid quarterly.

2. Even if a student stops using transport facilities during the quarter, the fees must be paid for the entire quarter.

3. Transportation fees will be charged based on the actual distance covered.
